If you experience any problems or have any trouble with your pool or equipment, we have added a Help Desk where you can enter a trouble ticket for us. Use the trouble ticket to explain the problem you are having. We will contact you and arrange a time to check out the problem.

The first time you use the Help Desk, you will need to register to enter it. Please, record your user id and password for future visits.
